Single Bedroom
Private room with single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair.
Twin Bedroom
Shared room with a friend or another International Student of the same gender. Two single beds, wardrobe, desks and chairs. A great option for anyone on a budget.
Double Bedroom
Large room with double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. An excellent option for couples coming to Dublin.
All bills included
All our Dublin Student Residences are Fully Equipped. Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Washing Machines, Pots, Pans, Cutlery, Dishes, Glasses, and other tools.
There is no extra charge for use of the washing machine.
We have accommodation for short or long periods. Accommodation from 2 weeks up to 1 or 2 Semesters subject to availability.

All rates are per week, inclusive of WiFi and bills, bedlinen is provided (but not towels). Accommodation is inspected regularly and rooms are cleaned between each guest.
A €100 Deposit maybe expected to be paid by the Student, in Cash, Upon Arrival;
This amount will be returned after the Accommodation is Checked.
We provide high-quality homestay accommodation in Cork, Dublin and Galway for International Students. All the families are directly inspected for us. We specialize in finding the most suitable host family in Ireland, the close as possible to the student’s college, school or work placement. Usually 40x minutes.

Self Catering is subject to availability. We offer just in cases of very special diet requirements.
Placement fee is €75 per person paid once only
Some properties may require a security deposit – this will be given to you art application if needed . Security deposits are returned at the end of your stay.
*Note twin rooms and double rooms are just for 2 people booking at the same time. Double rooms are for couples (one big bed) and twin rooms for friends (2 separate single beds in the same bedroom).
