PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This PROGRAM starts with full-time General English in IRELAND in Cork, Dublin or Galway for 4 weeks MINIMUM, we will assess if you need more at the interview, and covers the areas of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and grammar. It is followed by paid work experience in Ireland for 26 weeks MINIMUM.

We will organise the work placements & accommodation if needed in the Republic of Ireland. *Accommodation costs are separate from the program costs, prices and options are here

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Some experience of hotel, catering, warehouse or cleaning work.
The minimum age is 18
The minimum level is B1 Intermediate
Full C.V
EU Nationals ONLY

WHAT IS INCLUDED

TUITION IN THE SCHOOL ALLOCATED BY STUDENT WORKS
General English 20 lessons / 15 hours per week

WORK EXPERIENCE
Work placement in the Republic of Ireland in the Hotel & Catering industry
National Minimum Wage
Hours and type of work are decided by the placement provider
Full-time work is not guaranteed. Students should bring enough money to cover some living expenses.

PAY FOR PROGRAM AND SIGN T&C’S
ARRIVE IN THE COUNTRY
week 1 – Arrive at the school and start your English lessons, apply for your NUMBER to work, bank account and mobile sim we will also issue you a new c.v.
week 2 – go to interviews organised by STUDENT WORKS with full interview tips and guidance given
week 3 – either get offered a job, or a trail shift or a 2nd interview
week 4 – finish your final week at school, start your new job and finalise your work contract

WHAT WILL YOU DO

WHO CAN APPLY

EU students
If you are from the EU you can come to IRELAND with and work for as long as you like in a paid job with no visa or restrictions.

For Internships or work placements, we recommend a maximum of a year or if you are an Erasmus student then we support the duration of your placement.

You can work full time or part-time, You decide.

We cover most industries and can also include English lessons as well if needed

International Students
If you are traveling from a county outside of the EU then you can come for 90x days with no visa
